Your local ice cream truck drives lazily around the neighborhood cul-de-sac. But eventually it has to leave and get to the next cul-de-sac. And with all the culs-de-sac it's going to visit, it better travel in between them fast so the treats don't melt! That's why I think every ice cream truck should be built like this speedster.
