Every order is packed with care and sent safely to the address you choose. I treat each parcel as if it were my own.
Once your order starts its journey, I will email you with tracking details. Please allow up to two working days to receive this email after placing your order.
UK Delivery
If your order is over £50, delivery is free within the UK and the Republic of Ireland on eligible items.
Most UK addresses are covered by free delivery. Some remote areas may take a little longer or cost slightly more. I will always let you know.

Postcode Restrictions
I am very sorry, but next day and Saturday delivery is not available for some postcodes.
These include certain areas in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, and the Isles of Scilly.

International Delivery
I deliver to most countries worldwide.
International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Signed and Tracked service. This means someone must be present to sign for the parcel. For this reason, I cannot send orders to PO Boxes.
Delivery costs are added automatically at checkout based on your country.

Overseas Returns
If you are returning an order from outside the UK, the return cost is your responsibility.
I strongly recommend keeping proof of postage. Sadly, I cannot be responsible for parcels lost during return transit.
