What are your delivery times?
Our standard delivery time is usually 3-5 days. If we receive an order on our website before 2pm we aim to despatch the order the same day.
How much will shipping cost?
Free delivery is available if you're ordering above £50.00 and eligible items for delivery within the UK or Republic of Ireland. We deliver to most of the UK for free, but there are some places we can't get to or might charge a little more to deliver to.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes we do offer an International delivery service. You must have a valid billing address to place an order with us, but we will not ship to a PO Box or Mail box address. Orders that are not as above will be cancelled and refunded, possibly without notice.
Please note that delivery to Europe will cost £9.00, America will cost £10.00, and the Rest of the World £18.00.
Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail International. Approximate delivery times are:

How can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order but once your order has been confirmed, it is only possible to cancel it prior to despatch.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact our customer care team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
If an item you have received appears to be faulty, please contact our customer care team, quoting your order number, name, address and a contact telephone number. Please also provide details of the problem and we will aim to deal with your request as soon as possible.

Do I have to order online?

Can I change the delivery address for my order?
Yes, you can change the address as long as the product has not left our ware house. We do not change the delivery address once the product has already been shipped.

How will I receive my order?
Goods are despatched using Royal Mail, deliveries normally arrive within 3 to 5 days for UK Mainland. Please enquire about Highlands, Islands, Eire and International Shipments.

How do I return my product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 28 working days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt or if you prefer, will exchange the item for you.

How do I care for my product?
Protect your jewellery from scratching and tangling by keeping each piece separately.
Swimming in the sea or swimming pool with your jewellery on is not a good idea. Salt water and chlorine can damage silver.
Take off your jewellery especially rings doing household works such as cleaning and gardening. They can be damage by being knocked or contacting with harmful substances and abrasive household materials.
Keep jewellery away from chemical substances including beauty products such as lotions, perfumes, nail polish and hairspray that can cause discolouration. Pearls are soft and easily damage especially susceptible to this kind of damage.
Sudden temperature can damage certain gemstones. Heat and hot water can also damage setting where adhesive has been used.
Regularly clean your jewellery with a special jewellery cleaning cloth. Jewellery that are really dirty or have lot of tarnish rub the item really well (you can order online with us).
Rinse the jewellery with cold water and dry with a soft clean cloth a soft toothbrush is a tool to keep hard gemstone jewellery clean.
Gemstones like Amber, Carol, Emeralds, Jade, Lapis, Opals, Turquoise and any porous gemstones are of a delicate nature require a very special care. Direct expose to sunlight and immerse in liquids can badly damage the jewellery.
What does sterling silver mean?
Fine silver is 99.9% pure and is generally too soft for producing functional objects; therefore, the silver is usually alloyed with copper to give it strength while preserving the ductility and beauty of the precious metal. Navya London silver items have a hallmark 925. This means that 92.5% is silver and this percentage classifies it as sterling. Any product weighing over 7.78 grams will also have the Sheffield Assay office hallmark.
