Returns

I want you to love your jewellery.

If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. I am always glad to help when something is not quite right.

After 30 days, I am sadly unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Conditions for Returns

To return an item, it must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • In its original packaging

Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase. I will need this to process your return.


Pierced and Body Jewellery

For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns on body jewellery or pierced items.
This includes earrings, studs, and hoops.

I hope you understand.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Certain health and personal care items


Refunds

Once I receive your return, I will inspect it carefully.

I will email you to let you know it has arrived. I will also let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. This usually takes a few days, depending on your bank.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please try the following:

First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your card provider. Sometimes refunds take a little time to show.
Next, contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items can be refunded.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund.


Exchanges

I only replace items if they arrive damaged or faulty.

If you need an exchange for the same item, please email me at

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is complete.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent back to the original buyer.

Return postage costs are your responsibility. These costs are not refundable.

If your item is worth more than £75, I recommend using tracked delivery or adding insurance. I cannot guarantee that returned parcels will arrive safely.
